What is Massage Therapy ?
Massage therapy is the manipulation of soft tissues of the body including muscles, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments and joints. Therapists use a wide variety of techniques and modalities to relax and rehabilitate the soft tissues.

Massage therapy can be used for treatment of both acute and chronic issues. It is beneficial to people of all ages and conditions. All of our massage therapists are knowledgeable in a variety of treatments, ranging from sports related injuries to pre and post natal care. All treatments are specifically tailored to each individual client.

Whether your receiving treatment for pain and discomfort or for relaxation, your Massage Therapist will help to achieve this through a series of evaluation and expertise.

Cancellation Policy
Please be advised that we have a 24 hour missed appointment/cancellation policy in effect. Half of the missed appointment fee will be applied if 24 hours notice is not given.
